Welcome, I'm Diane. I help creative, motivated, diverse adults face life challenges and discover new paths.
We are facing challenging times as individuals and as a society. Are you struggling and wondering how you are going to make it? Do you want to uncover your true potential and lead a life worth celebrating? If you feel uncertain about what is going on in the world and that what you wanted 3 years ago has changed, you are not alone. Like many others, you may have had devastating losses or personal challenges in the past few years and wonder if it's worth it to keep trying to move forward.
As a psychodynamically oriented therapist, my goal is to help you find your true self and live in a way that feels authentic to you, even during these challenging times.
While we can't change difficult situations of the past, or immediately solve current societal and climate problems, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life and discover a path that feels relevant and responsive to the world as it is now. By working together with your goals in mind, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns, negative perceptions, or internal, emotional barriers that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging personal situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, with greater internal capacity, and relevance for our times, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds with a variety of racial, cultural, religious, and sexual identities.
